Autotag from filename question

I have a bunch of files that are in basically an <Artist> - <Title> format, but with a number< > or number<. > or other before the artist. How do I strip off the stuff before the artist? For instance "120. Tal Bachman - She's So High.mp3" or "6-14 Kajagoogoo - Too Shy.mp3". Thanks.

For Auto-Tag from Filename each you may need a different Mask, try:

<Skip> <Artist> - <Title>
otherwise
<Skip>. <Artist> - <Title>
Make sure you verify the results before applying them.

If instead your Artist and Title tags are correct you can use Tools > Auto-Organize Files with the Mask <Artist> - <Title>
