Removing iTunes
Once MediaMonkey had found and added all of my song files that are currently stored in iTunes, can I uninstall and delete the media files in iTunes? iTunes has been randomly deleting or removing song files from my collection of ripped CDs.
Re: Removing iTunes
No, you can uninstall iTunes, but you can't remove the media files. They're neither iTunes's or MediaMonkey's media files, they're yours. Either program just indexes them. They may be located in a folder for iTunes, but they're still your media files. You can move them (with MediaMonkey if they're already in the Library) if you wish: https://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/index. ... enames/4.0
