Default Album Art?

Every time I add tracks to my Library, each track is assigned the same,two incorrect album art covers.
How can I switch this off or where is this coming from?

Scan file directories for Artwork under Tools > Options > Library. If you have any external Artwork files you'll need to have the files properly organized (Artwork in separate Album folder with the files on the Album).
