I want to be able to display my songs by bitrate so as to get the best quality displayed first within song title - how can I do that?

In your main listing of tracks make sure you have all three headings available/displayed (right-click on the column headings to show all available).
Then left-click on Artist heading and an arrow (ascending/descending) will display.
Then hold down CTRL key and left-click on Song Title heading (another arrow appears)
Then still hold down CTRL key and left-click on bitrate headiing.
Sort order is set in priority of clicks eg. first click is primary field, then secondary, etc. etc.
Works for main library listing, now playing, or playlists
