Hi, been using Mediamonkey Windows for a few years but never used the podcasts feature until now.
When I opened that Podcasts branch in MM, it listed tons of tunes in there. Don't know how or why they're there. How can I remove them from there without deleting the actual tunes?
Is there some kind of flag that causes tunes and/or album folders to appear in there?
Thanks
steve

Make sure Type is not set to Podcasts for those files (in Properties).

Re: Remove tunes from Podcasts folder?
Thanks for that suggestion.
I tried that and set everything in that collection to "Music" but they're still sitting there.
I did some further investigation - comparing two installations of MM on my laptop vs. desktop (both Win10/MM 4
I'm actually unsure why the Media Tree contains different content/branches on my laptop machine vs. my desktop.
My Laptop MM contains the high level media tree items
-Now Playing
-Music
-Video
-Playlists
-Search Results
-My Computer
However, my desktop computer contains more and I'm not sure why - including
-Now Playing
-Entire Library
-Music - there was a tree-node nested under here also called Podcast, that contained a lot of tunes for some reason. I just unchecked it in the Edit Tree-Node dialog to get rid of that node. Guess I have some more learning to do to understand all these variations.
