Stops playing when Surface 3 goes to Standby

I've got Mediamonkey Gold running on a Surface 3 (which is an awesome setup, btw), but after a few minutes, the Surface shuts the screen down and goes to standby. When this happens, the music stops playing. When using the Mediamonkey Android app, it keeps playing as the device shuts the screen down.

Is there any way to keep the music playing as the screen shuts down and the device locks?

Hi, it is system controlled/limited and as MMW is not Native UVC application but regular application it can't be started in background and play.
