Auto Organize Not Working

I previously had MM set up so that files were automatically added from my downloads folder, and then an auto organize rule would put my collection into my music folder sorted by artist and album. This worked great until around 2 weeks ago when this stopped happening and the files just sit in my download folder. I believe this was around the same time I was notified to update my MM.

I have MM set to scan continuously and at startup.

I have a rule to move my collection to my music folder, to automatically organize and to delete empty folders

Are files automatically added (Folder Monitoring) to the Library or also missing from the Library?
