I've done several searches and not found the answer. If I pay for a gold license, does this include the ability for mobile devices to sync wirelessly, or do both sides need to be license? Does the gold or lifetime license include any mobile device licenses?

Buying MMW doesn't mean you have bought MMA. They are separate products. I do believe MMA needs to be purchased for wireless sync

MMA requires a License for wifi sync, MMW doesn't. However to set Auto-Conversion options (useful) you need a License for MMW.
