Socket error # 11001

I get this error intermittently when updating all podcasts.

In Options | Network, I have no proxy set, and my firewall has MM enabled. My internet connection is excellent.

I also have problems connecting to podomatic, more often than not - "unknown protocol" for url: itpc://tkelly6785757.podomatic.com/rss2.xml. I have had no success at all using the non-itunes protocol of http://tkelly6785757.podomatic.com/rss2.xml.

Any ideas, please?

iTunes Podcasts don't work with MediaMonkey. Unlike iTunes MediaMonkey uses the industry standard instead.

http://tkelly6785757.podomatic.com/rss2.xml works fine here when I tested in MediaMonkey 4.1.19.

Thanks for your response, lawlander, but as I said, the non-itunes protocol doesn't work, either.

Might the problem be rss2? I say this because none of the rss2 podcast URLs seem to work.

Which version of MediaMonkey? Like I said, it seems to be working here. How does it fail exactly?
