I use folder monitoring (scan continuously) and I like to include the whole drive and be done with it (Z:\).
However, when I do that it also includes "Z:\$RECYCLE.BIN". I can manually remove it a zillion times whenever it shows up, but is
there a way to negate a folder/section of drive when you are including everything?

No, you can't manually exclude folders.

Isn't that folder set to hidden? Hidden folders should be skipped.
