MMW glitching, running through library and playing same song

Version 4.1.17.1840
Windows 10 64bit
no Gold
i5 6500; 8 mb RAM

New user coming over from iTunes with 25k song library.
Everything was working very well; happy until I tried to import 6 playlists from iTunes.
Did that, no worries, seemed to work. Happy.
Next day, after shutdown and reboot MMW glitches out. When I try to select a song, it starts going through the whole library, graying out songs, and finally settles on playing the same song, time after time.

Google tells me that the forum has addressed this previously, but the links are dead and I can't find anything in the forum search itself.

Also what happen if you right click on grayed track and select Find more ... -> Folder Explorer and then drag and drop grayed file to MMW player?
