Was busy rebuilding MM overnight, had a Power Failure, had to reload PC, lost all apps, lost my MM password. Can you help me?

did you go to the link provideds? Click on New Ticket and then give all information you have ... email etc

My commerce says they can't help I need to contact MediaMonkey
"We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we are unable generate another activation key on our end because of the age of the order. Please contact technical to assist you with technical support issues for order number 541412263 containing "MediaMonkey Gold - Version 4.x License."

but MM says I need to contact Mycommerce.
"MediaMonkey for Windows Gold license keys purchased via mediamonkey.com can be retrieved via the MyCommerce Support page (for all orders except those made via Trialpay). One of the worst support I have ever had to deal with.
This is my original reg. key that doesn't work.
