Problems with licens code

I know this is not the right forum, but I did not know where else to go.

I have had an enormous computer crash and am trying to reinstall all my programs. When I try to type in the license key for Media Monkey I get the message, that the code is wrong. But I know that the code that I have store in a special database is correct. I have bought a lifetime lincense and it would be very annoying to have to buy it again.

Does anybody have an idea of what I could do?

You're probably entering the wrong License Username. If you need to retrieve it see: http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/inde ... ticleid=84

In my database I also store the usernames. I guess I bought the license with Digital River. Could that be a way to go?
