Media Monkey folder inside Itunes playlist

I've got a folder in the left itunes playlist pane titled "MM" it's full of playlists that sync normally to my phone. I've pulled playlists into this folder (from the regular itunes playlist structure) to sync to my phone, but when I go into the "music tab" of itunes the playlists I pulled into the MM folder won't show up. I'm guessing this is because some time way back I sent playlists from Media Monkey to itunes with some .dll I only use itunes for a few playlists now, what ways could itunes and MM3 still be associated, and how can I undo this?

I don't understand the problem.

If you want to remove the MM playlist, then right click and delete it.

yeah, it's an interesting one to explain. I have deleted that folder and for whatever reason new playlists won't sync now. Thought it might have something to do with previously syncing phone in MM. Itunes on Windoz is a pile of garbage.
