How do I backup my database to a CD-R?

I've had my hard drive crash before and want to have all my data backed-up. Thanks

The only file you need to backup in order to prevent data loss is MediaMonkey\MediaMonkey.mdb (do it when MediaMonkey is not running). You could want to backup registry settings and the ini file, however that's not much important as mainly some visual settings are stored there.
