3.0.1.1120 Disabling track metadata pop up

Hello,

MM3 pops up a metadata window above my system tray every time a new track begins to play. I find this annoying, but I can't find an option to disable it.

Any help? I am running MM3 RC5 (3.0.1.1120).

Tools/Options/Player/...Pop up display
Unless you have something buggy going on.

Maybe it is a bug then

I checked tools/options/player and I see the following:

auto-dj/now playing
volume leveling
input plug-ins
output plug-ins
DSP plug-ins
General plug-ins
visualization plug-ins

no pop up display option visible! It's just not there...

Click on "player" on top of the list you cited, it is a whole 'nother list of options.

See, I thought that only indented items on the Options menu were clickable. A friendly community sure makes software nice to use. Beats MS...

I've actually used MM for more than 6 months now. I got involved on the forum when I started using MM3 and wanted to help with bugs for Magic Nodes...

I found it under tools options, in the General Tab, not the Player tab. Glad there was a way to shut it off. It wouldn't be so annoying if the track info wasn't accompanied by an annoying pop-up sound.
