magic nodes error

I am receiving the following error message on opening MM with MagicNodes.

Error #457-Microsoft VBScript runtime error
This key is already associated with an element of this collection
File: ".......\MediaMonkey\Scripts\Auto\MagicNodes 1.3b.vbs, Line: 82, Column: 1

I read through the forum without finding this particular error, but did remove the node, reinstalled MM (2.5.4.973), reinstalled MagicNodes with the same results.

What do I do?

Open MediaMonkey.ini in a text editor, find the [CustomNodes] section and delete whichever node you just added which is not working. Then when you start MM it should work as normal.

There is no section in the MM ini to delete. Since the installation instructions didn't call for creating one, I didn't. The only two sections in the ini are [out_ds] and [CDReader Input Plugin]. Perusing them I see no references to Magic Nodes.

Found the ini file where trixmoto said it would be and there is no section for magic nodes in there even under CustomNodeMasks. Searched both my hard drives for any other file and there are only the two.

There no are sections in either ini file dealing with any type of "magic nodes" in any way, shape or form. I have pasted them below so that if there is something else causing the problem maybe someone can spot what it is and can relate what I have to do. Sorry about the length of this post.

Ok, the reason for the error isn't any invalid nodes then.

Line 82 is about the custom2 field. Perhaps you have named that field into an already existing name (like Composer). If so try to rename it into something else. Magic Nodes will not work otherwise.

To be fair - for some reason - I created a magic node three days ago, which didn't add the node to the ini file? I had to manually add it to the ini! Without doing that, the node was lost on each MM reboot. Is this a bug in MN or even MM ( or even 6 of one and half a dozen of the other)?.

Ok, the reason for the error isn't any invalid nodes then.

Line 82 is about the custom2 field. Perhaps you have named that field into an already existing name (like Composer). If so try to rename it into something else. Magic Nodes will not work otherwise.

I removed all "custom" names and whatever was creating the problem during the start of MM disappeared but then I got an error in trying to create a node. I went into magicnodes.ini and changed .Add "GENRE", True to .Add "GENRE", False and the problems disappeared altogether. As long as I don't intend on using genre in anything I guess I'll be fine.

Just plain dense from being new to MM. When I eliminated all custom nodes in MM magic nodes started fine, but I received errors when trying to create a node. By changing the line to .Add Genre=False it worked properly. Maybe I did something else I haven't found yet.
