Re: Can I have, and manage, two libraries?
peke - I had a look and it appears that I can only do what you suggest (option 1) if I have the gold licenced version? If it's available/possible in the free version I'd appreciate please if you could step me through it a bit so I can get it happening. (I'm not averse to paying for a gold licence ev...

Re: Can I have, and manage, two libraries?
Thank you mate.
The first option is the one I'll investigate, I think I'd prefer that too.
cheers.

Re: Duplicate files
There's a free version that has most of the functionality most people would need.
Why would you need or want to integrate it into MM ?
Yous aid you have a lot of duplicates. Just use a program like audio de-dupe to get rid of all the duplicates then rescan the library and all will be lovely !

Can I have, and manage, two libraries?
I am currently converting all my CD's to FLAC files. Meanwhile I have a large library of MP3 files as well. (Many of which are additional to those on the CD"s - purchased and free music) Is there a way of separating theses two groups of songs into two libraries or lists or something in MM? The ...

Re: EAC question
Rip All Other tracks from a CD and uncheck Track 8. Then restart RIP of only Track 8. Precisely what I did. If it still stalls. Change PC and CD/DVD to eliminate Laser calibration. Other than that :( It's the 21st Century I'm lucky I even have one CD reader.... and only one. It didn't stall it was ...

EAC question
I ask here because 1. A lot of people appear to use EAC to obtain their flac files from their CD's in the first place; and 2. I can;t register on the MM website forum for some reason. I'm in the process of FLAC'ing all my CD's (new verb?). All is going well except that I am now doing a CD which seem...

Re: Experience ripping a large number of CD's for MM?
Thanks captain - I was looking for some separate 'box' or setting.
I note the default compression setting is 6.
I changed it to 8 because, well, why not!

Re: Experience ripping a large number of CD's for MM?
OK I have succeeded in compressing the WAV's to flac. Cheers. One thing though.... > Is there a way to tell EAC to covert/compress these to FLAC format now? snip You set the compression options via the menu EAC/Compression Options. Perhaps you could clarify - how do you choose how compressed to make...
