- This also happens for search results that only contain 15 tracks. I guess it must be at least twelve to face the issue.

MMA1 jumped to the currently playing song in the now playing queue when opening that view.
Not sure if MMA2 ever had that feature, but currently it just opens the view showing the first songs of the list.

Yes, changing some ide3 tags of the copy makes MMW recognize both files (original and copy).

I can confirm that MMS 0.2.2 does not show the problem I described in my first post.
Maybe you should update the link to MMS in this post (viewtopic.php?f=6&t=86639&sd=d) which points to MMS 0.2.1.
In the end it was my fault to use an old build of MMS.
