Hallo Wurstebrei (was für ein Name?)

In den Optionen unter 'Archiv' kannst Du bestimmen, dass die Daten nur von Dateien mit neuem Zeitstempel oder anderer Dateigröße aktualisiert werden, wenn neu gescannt wird. Dann sollte es eigentlich funktionieren.
