I tested using the PUID from your log (cfbf9f65-eb05-f24c-928c-3d54b556d2a9) on one of my test tracks.

There is no data available from MusicBrainz for the track.

You could create a debug log for the failing cases and see why they are failing.

<Comment> is a bad choice to store PUIDs. That tag has other uses which conflict with preserving PUIDs. I prefer one of the Custom fields myself. That said, use MusicIP Tagger->Settings and then: -Make sure that the PUID field matches the setting for PUID Generator -Check"Use Existing PUID valu...

Hmmm. It looks like you have not actually added tracks to your library. I suspect that you are selecting tracks using the My Computer node instead of one of the library nodes.

Right click a root media folder in My Computer and select Add/Re-scan from the menu to add the tracks to the library.
