MM takes a Long Time to Monitor Files at bootup
Lately, I've been having problems when I boot up MediaMonkey (v.3.1.1.1261, running on Windows XP, SP2). I have about 32,000 songs, and upon booting, MM begins to monitor the files containing those songs. In the past however, this monitor process would take about 30 seconds and be over. Lately, it's...

Can't burn a cd from MediaMonkey
The same issue existed before I installed the latest version 3.2.0.1294, and after. Whenever I try to burn a cd, about 2/3 to 3/4 of the way in, I get the error message 56400, "Illegal Mode For This Track." I can burn without any problems from Roxio. Only having problem in Mediamonkey. Can...

Can't burn cds
After three years of never having any problems burning disks, suddenly in the last month, I can no longer burn cds from Mediamonkey. I just installed the latest version, 3.1.1.1261, hoping it would help, but it did not. Whenever I try, it will burn about half the disk, and then it will suddenly stop...

Transfer MM Library to different drive
My MM music library is located on an external hard drive that is experiencing technical difficulties. I have a mirror copy on a different external harddrive, and I want to switch over the Library to the mirror drive without interrupting/changing my song usage data and statistics. How do I do that?

Re: Zekton Skins [New P-Steel v1.2 +LyricsViewer] (2009-01-01)
That is great, thank you!
But, I am not familiar with that. How do I find them there? Do I need to sign up for an account with them?

Re: Zekton_Blue Skin
Hello, I've been trying out your Zekton-Blue skin today. It is my favorite MM skin so far. I love the player --the controls, the size of the timer, and the size and location of the song scroll bar. I really like the play/pause button, and the information that is viewable about each track. I also lov...

Re: What causes album songs to sort out of order?
That's great! First, when I tried the "Control-Track#" trick, it worked. And second, when I checked the Disk#, that one track was missing a value, while the other ones weren't. When I standardized the entire album, it works without needing the Control key trick. So thank you, problem solved!

What causes album songs to sort out of order?
98% of the albums I import into Mediamonkey will either auto-sort by track number (when I search by artist), or will line up in order when I click on the "Album" column in the detail view in the main window in MM. But there is a small percentage of albums which display their songs out of o...

Re: Question About Volume Leveling
Thanks for the response.
So, what are the advantages of using "level volume" as opposed to "analyze volume?" If I prefer to keep my original files unchanged, is there any compelling reason not to choose "analyze volume?"

Question About Volume Leveling
If I choose to use volume leveling, it does not make and changes to the actual .mp3 file right? It only changes how MM reads the track for playing. Am I understanding this correctly?

Re: Backup Playlists 2.1 [MM2+3]
Okay, so I tried running that command through the command prompt, as follows:
regsvr32 C:\Program Files\MediaMonkey\Scripts\XZip.dll
but each time I do that, it comes back with "LoadLibrary(C:\Program") failed. Could not be found
Am I doing something wrong?

Re: Backup Playlists 2.1 [MM2+3]
I'm actually using XP Pro, SP2. I'm not home right now, but I will try your suggestion as soon as I am. Or does the fact tha I'm using XP change anything?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Backup Playlists 2.1 [MM2+3]
I just installed the latest Backup Playlists, but got an error message when I tried to use it:
Error: 'LiteX' could not be installed.
I'm using MM v.3.02.1134.

How add additional categories under classifications
How do I add additional categories under Tempo/Mood/Occasion/Quality?
I want to increase the number of options available under "Mood", for example.
Thank you!
