Re: MonkeyLite does not work with AIMP 4.60

What's MonkeyLite? The Play store doesn't show it here. MediaMonkey has https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... ediamonkey

Re: Streaming used to work.

If you attached a log to the ticket you'll hear back eventually. Often they take a while to analyze it.

Re: One instance doesn't know what the other instance is doing?

No, it's only the Now Playing list. You can load a Playlist into it (now it no longer is that Playlist), edit it and then save.

MediaMonkey 5 (in end of beta cycle) has a Playlist panel that opens when you add files to a Playlist. This may work a little better.

Re: One instance doesn't know what the other instance is doing?

Not within MediaMonkey. You can have a second tab open, but D&D doesn't switch to it for specific placement (it adds to the end).

Some use the Now Playing to setup the Playlist (as it's a separate window) and then save this as a Playlist.

Re: Various beginner questions concerning NAS / DLNA

DLNA has the ability to stream the file as-is to the DLNA client. Thus it can have the same fidelity as the Toslink connection. Bluetooth on the other hand can't handle lossless and instead uses lossy streaming thus isn't able to achieve the same fidelity. If you can hear this can be debated and wou...

Re: Various beginner questions concerning NAS / DLNA

I'm not aware of NAS that can connect directly to an Amp. Some higher end have HDMI out, but they're generally only meant for storage of files. You'd still use MediaMonkey to get playback on the Amp, but the files will come from the NAS.

Re: Syncing Track Level

There is no way to adjust that. You can use the Equalizer to increase all frequencies, but there is no Volume Level or Master Volume adjustment.

You can tell sync to level files to 95dB on sync so that the files themselves are set at that on the device. This won't affect the originals on your PC.

Re: Various beginner questions concerning NAS / DLNA

1) NAS connects to network, wired is best. There are USB storage devices, but a NAS is Network Attached Storage, thus designed to connect to network instead of via USB to another device. 2) Yes, NAS can be used as a simple storage device where you store your files. MediaMonkey can access files store...

Re: MMW adds songs into my playlist automatically

Did you set it for the applicable File Type(s)? That's the option that will add additional files to the Now Playing on double click.

Otherwise you may have Auto-DJ enabled (in the Play menu).

Re: [SOLVED] Access violation at address 00504732 in module

Most don't need to run DBGView as Administrator. Did you install the debug version of MediaMonkey? That is required as the regular version doesn't generate the logs in DBGView.
