Thank you for the information about the two profiles... Can you (or anyone else) enlighten me further on this. "There is no auto-retrieve-all Lyrics/Artwork. It happens on playback if the file doesn't have it." If I play back files on the PC, MMW retrieves artwork and lyrics from the 'net....
