Re: Snyc Misreads Size of Removable Drive

I believe you are correct. After syncing device a couple of times, the size now reads correctly. It was confusing that the correction did not occur after the second sync, but after the third (or fourth?) the issue did correct. Thank you.

Snyc Misreads Size of Removable Drive

After Syncing a Samsung SSD T1 Removable Drive MM5 Misreads the Size of the Drive by Showing an Audio Used Portion of 150GB and an Other Used Portion of 150GB. There is Only an Audio Portion of 150GB. The Attached Images Demonstrate the Behavior. Thank you.

Re: Double Back Slash in Configure Sync Device Save Locations

Deleted the SSD Drive from MM5 to insure no remaining instances were present. Rebooted. Installed the new MM5 beta (2167). Rebooted. Plugged in the Music SSD T1 drive. Navigated to Options/File Locations. All paths had double back slashes. Removed double slashes from address path bar. Closed and reo...

Re: Double Back Slash in Configure Sync Device Save Locations

The behavior continues each time MM5 is opened. Basically, I cannot get rid of the double back slashes. Thank you.

Double Back Slash in Configure Sync Device Save Locations [#15569]

Why the double back slash when configuring paths for Sync Device? This seems counter intuitive to the Windows Operating System and is confusing. Screenshot attached. Thank you.

Access Violation 0125159E in Module 'MediaMonkeyEngine.exe' and Subsequent MediaMonkey5 White Page Crash [#15546]

Receiving this access violation when attempting to Sync a Samsung SSD T1 USB Drive. A log ID of 63959FEB was automatically sent referencing the Call Stack violation. Also included is a link to Screenshots showing the progression of the issue. Thank you.

MM5 View States Not Remembered [#15510]

Using build 2161. I'm not sure the terminology is correct, but am wondering why MM5 does not "remember" last window view states. Mainly, when choosing how MM5 is set to view my collection, it does not return to the settings chosen upon moving around the media tree. I have attached a link to several ...

Re: Duplicated Entries in Devices & Services

This has worked and "stuck" under Devices & Services tree entry. And, the MM5 sync folder now exists on all partitions! Thanks Ludek!

Re: Duplicated Entries in Devices & Services

I deleted only the XXX (1) drives after expanding the Devices & Services window to "show all". When MM5 restarts it adds them all back into the system. It isn't a major problem, just wondering why once deleted MM5 doesn't recognize to no longer place them in the Devices & Services section. Thank you!

Re: Duplicated Entries in Devices & Services

If I delete them, should they continually return? Each time I open MM5, the deleted entries return.

Thanks Ludek!

I just deleted the duplicated profiles. Hopefully they will not return.

Re: Duplicated Entries in Devices & Services

Did a search and could not find any files named storageinfo.xml listed on any drive or partition. Did find two MMDB database files. One on the H:\Songs SSD Drive (that has all MediaMonkey information and MMDB and contained MM4). One on the C:\Windows SSD Drive under users information. The MMDB on th...

Duplicated Entries in Devices & Services

In a previous post entitled Error Messages, I outlined some issues with drives being read incorrectly and returning error messages. This was addressed in the latest MM5 update (or perhaps 2148?) and the error messages no longer appear. However, this has created some additional strange behavior in th...
