bonjo, I think these errors are the ones I get because I don't have Internet Explorer on my system (the last one is failure to start/find IE).
Do you have this application installed?

Reinstalling windows might work but I think I will wait to see if they manage to fix the Amazon tagger.

Is there a workaround for not being able to authenticate using internet explorer?

bhamon I don't think you are describing the same issue I have had, as my tracks appear on the device and I can click on them only they will not play. I have circumvented my issue by adding the auto-conversion rule acc, any kbps to MP3, though it's not ideal. Perhaps you should try that?

After further investigation it appears that it is the .aac files which the device is unable to play. Is there a way to get the .aac files working without converting them all to mp3?
