I have MM 4 running as a DLNA server on a Win 7 PC from my home. It will work from my home laptop when I connect to the server using the public ip address instead of he 192.168.. IP address. I am having the same issue as reported by Eric and mhendu. I have exposed my MediaMonkey server's devicedescription.xml by opening a hole in my firewall and mapping the port to one that is forwarded by my router.
