I'm anticipating installing MM on my work laptop. I use a soft-phone (Shoretel now, Cisco in the future). If I'm playing music and the phone rings, will the music go to mute? Is that automatic or a setting?

More info... Found download, but when I go onto my account to find license key, it says "no orders found". I'm 99% sure I purchased the lifetime license. Email containing license would have been lost in the crash. Also, account has old inactive email account and attempting to change it did...
