Hi there.
All files have indeed been analysed for duplicates.
Here is an example - I have listened to both tracks and they are identical. The length, bitrate and size are, as well.

Issues with finding duplicate music files
Hi there. I have just added all my music files (which are an absolute mess) and, as expected, quite a few duplicates were found (via the Dulicate Content node). I deleted all the duplicates and then clicked on Duplicate Titles and found a whole load of further duplicates. However, I noted that some ...

Re: Can you share settings as well as database?
Right - I see. So you actually install the program itself on the external hard drive? I didn't realise you could do that. I just assumed that you would put the database and a file containing MM setting on the hard drive but would still need to install MM on each computer and then connect to these sh...

Right I see - so I went wrong by not installing the portable version of Mediamonkey in the first place?

This is great but would be even better if the MM settings could also be save on the same shared drive as the database - is this po...

Re: Ubuntu.... mediamonkey.... meant to be..?
Hello, I have just been reading through this thread as I am in a similar situation to many users on here - I am a new convert to Linux and have been using Linux Mint for a while now and agree that it is much better than Windows in a number of ways. Mediamonkey is one of the sole reasons that I am ha...

Mediamonkey on Linux?
Hi there, I am pretty new to Mediamonkey - used to use iTunes, until recently, and wish I had discovered it years ago. Anyway, I am am also becoming a bit of a convert to Linux and was wondering whether there is anyone out there that is running MM under LInux, with something like WINE. At the moment...
