I am pretty sure that the standard way to sort is by their last name. That's clearly a matter of personal preference. I prefer to sort by full name (first, last). OK. I hope you'll be able to add that soon. It makes all mutli-disc albums pretty much unplayable.

Currently MM seems to be ignoring the Disc Number tags and sorts all track 1's together then all track 2's, etc. It would be very nice if MM looked for the Disc Number and Total Discs tags. If Total Discs is present and greater than 1, then the Disc Number tag should be used when sorting tracks, so ...

The smaller the gap, the better. Any improvement would be appreciated.
