Data CD auto convert?
I did a quick search and didn't find anything... Is there a way to do an auto convert when using the data CD wizard, similar to the synchronize function? Currently, I do "send to folder (convert/rip)" (which adds the converted songs to the library -I think- which I don't want), then open u...

Sorry to hear about your problem. Well, as you found out, Spinrite does tend to take a long time. If you have an extra computer, you could leave it running for 300+ hours to see what it does and if it progresses. Once it gets past a bd section, it should start moving. I suggest this only because you...

CD Data Burning - filename length limit
Hi, Let me say first that I think the CD Data burning is a great feature that I've been wishing for a while. I have an album that has some really long titles and file names. I use the format <Album Artist> - <Album>/<Track> - <Title> for my data CDs. The problem is that I believe CDFS has limits on ...

Are you monitoring any folders? This will certainly raise the CPU usage on start up at least. What output plugin are you using? Seems to make some difference on some computers. Did you try out clearing out the now playing? What settings are you using to rip the CD? High quality can really take forev...

\\ (slash-slash) in path
In Auto-Organize, one can get a strange path consisting of "\\" if one of the tags has an invalid character such as "?" that is replace by "". For instance if the destination is \<artist>\<album>\<title>, and <album>="?" , then new path would be \artist\\title...

Found It!!
There was a section in the mm.ini file named [FilenameMappings] that seemed wrong to me. It contained: [FilenameMappings] 3A=2D 2A=2D 3F= 3E=2D 3C=2D 22=27 21= 2F=2D 67=00 68=20 69=02 70=02 71=00 72=00 73=00 74=00 75=00 76=02 77=02 78=20 79=20 20=00 81=00 19=A0 Deleting that section fixed the proble...

Well, I haven't been able to figure this out. It seems like a font problem or language problem. All the language settings as far as I can tell are set to English. It's not clear to me how to set or change fonts. Tried to set some of the fonts in Display Properties dialog box in Windows XP. It's not ...
