I wasn't online for a coupel of hours but it appears you guys reproduced the behaviour and there's nothing left to do for me.
The bug isn't a big deal, just a bit strange

I have manually (with ES file explorer) deleted a folder containing an album on my HTC one. The album continued to appear in MMAs album list. The deletion wasn't sync'ed. I had to uninstall and re-install MMA. Bug?
