OK, problem solved - partially. I missed the part about "run as administrator". I installed the plugin again and now it works - almost - it syncs the music files but not the podcast files. I just spent 45 minutes searching the web - there are apparently some other settings needed in iTunes...

Please, please add a ctrl-z/Undo function. I just did it again - intended to delete a track from a playlist and instead deleted the whole playlist. It is unrecoverable - does not go to the system recycle bin. So very painful. This has been requested in the past, by me and others. Thank you.

Thanks Erwin, that looked promising but not what I'm looking for - that option determines whether the confirmation appears or not. What I'm asking for is that the default option on that popup be set to NO rather than YES.
