auto convert to aac w/plugin causes ipod reboot
I am using the new plugin for MM that allows conversion to aac. When I use it in the auto convert for my ipod, no matter what settings I use (VBR or ABR, low quality to high quality) my ipod, or itunes when connected recognize no time length for any song, as a consequence whenever I try to play a so...

Re: iPhone/iPod Touch 2.0 Firmware isn't compatible with MM
And if you don't like checking the site so often, subscribe to this thread so you can tell when someone posts here. It may not be the fix, but hey, you might get lucky FYI, it seems we are a little closer to a solution, so maybe (just maybe!!) we will have something in about a week, so stay tuned! ...

Re: iPhone/iPod Touch 2.0 Firmware isn't compatible with MM
I HATE (I can not stress the word HATE - as in I would pull out their nose hairs one by one) iTunes. I upgraded firmware 2.0 thinking it would not be a problem, then I saw the forums...doh! Are you any closer to being able to get MM to work with iTouch 2.0? I am checking web site ever 30 seconds to...

Re: iPhone/iPod Touch 2.0 Firmware isn't compatible with MM
To do a forced reload/restore follow the below, this will wipe out anything you have on your iPod. You will need to download the older firmware if you want to use MM (google ipod firmware if you need it) or you can use the 2.0 firmware and stick with Itunes. 1. Go to your iPod/iPhone screen in iTun...

Re: iPhone/iPod Touch 2.0 Firmware isn't compatible with MM
only affects those with the iPhone software upgrade, which isn't free if you remember Actually, for the iPhone, the 2.0 software upgrade is free. You only have to pay for it on the Touch. So that's around 14 million iPhone 2Gs that have or will get the software update and around 4 million iPhone 3G...

Re: iPhone/iPod Touch 2.0 Firmware isn't compatible with MM
It's not much of a matter of i can do or can't... that's ok with me. We got the smartest brains arround the world trying to crack the V2 :) and they can't get it done...yet. But what pissses me really off is that this issue is know for more than a month, and honnestly, YOU HAVE TO RUN INTO TROUBLE ...

duplicate podcasts downloaded
I've seen one post earlier asking about this but there was no answer to it so I thought I'd try my luck. I've got a couple podcasts that I subscribe to, and one of them is a paid subscription and this is the particular podcast I have trouble with. It seems that everyday as new podcasts are added (or...

podcast subscription links + firefox -> sent to MM
I know this isn't exactly a MM issue, but i'm trying to get firefox to open podcast subscription links and 'send' them to MM. I'm used to just copying and pasting the link or using the non-itunes rss feed link - but some podcasts use the address that starts with itpc://{subscription link} and MM can...

mm player not working
help; I think I somehow killed the MMplayer. I'm not quite sure what I did, or am doing wrong, but I can't get it to play - it just says 00:00 in the window, but nothing happens. I've tried un/reinstalling several times, with reboot inbetween as well is registry cleaning w/tuneup, but mmplayer refus...

Smart Board support
I'll be taking my PC to a lan party next month, and I was curious if anyone has dinked around with using MM in PartyMode with a Smart Board? I'm curious as to whether anyone has discovered any issues that might be present. If not, i'll post back here in a month with the results of the 'test drive'. ...

microphone with party mode
recently with the addition of the auto-dj/party mode features, I think that an addition to these features for a truly DJ like experience would be a MIC-over. Something that would pause or 'make ambient' the currently playing music so said DJ could make an announcement to his guests. I figure this co...

I was just thinking about that after i made that post; but if this is a feature that could be incorporated, I think a method to the madness would be able to have Virtual CD emulate the CD ID. And because, well at least the way I see it, I'd only keep an 'emulated' cd long enough to tag it correctly ...

submitting to freedb
I know this should probably go in wishlist, but i thought someone might have a workaround. Once in a little while, I have a cd that freedb doesn't have, but amazon will; I was wondering if there was a way to, in this scenario, to tag from amazon, and then submit that info to freedb, so others don't ...
