Re: 4.1.25.1885b - Auto-tag issues and duplicate engine

Thanks for the very informative replies especially rvonder for all the information. I must have not used it for a while, even if I seem to remember them working not too long ago. I feel silly now... and the text is right there on the page... I think one problem was the text of the "help" page...

4.1.25.1885b - Auto-tag issues and duplicate engine

Hey, since updating to the last beta (to fix the crash on tab), I've noticed the Auto-tag from web does not work as before. Specifically, the Amazon engines just show the MM help page on tagging. EDIT : I fixed the duplicate Discogs entry by deleting an old script in the MM install directory. https:...

Re: 4.1.24.1883: Access Violation in Mediamonkey.exe after rename in playlist [#15583]

Apologies for the late update - I've tested with the latest beta release and the issue appears to be solved. Will update if I discover any regression on this matter.

Thanks! :D

Re: 4.1.24.1883: Access Violation in Mediamonkey.exe after rename in playlist

Thank you Ludek and Pavle for your help on this strange crashing issue, this was indeed a rare one :D I will wait for the next beta and let you know it it's fixed. To answer your question, even though I'm sure it's not related to a multi-monitor setup; I have three monitors: 1. TV @ 1920x1080 60hz 2...

Re: 4.1.24.1883: Access Violation in Mediamonkey.exe after rename in playlist

H, could you please re-submit the error reports to the automated system with user id Pathduck or email address so that I can locate the crash logs? Thanks! Hello Ludek - I will be happy to, but do you mean the automated crash system in Mediamonkey Debug or the support/ticket system? I have submitte...

Re: 4.1.24.1883: Access Violation in Mediamonkey.exe after rename in playlist

Hello Peke, thanks for the reply.
I've already sent a couple of error reports in the automated system, have you received them on your side?

I will also send you the file as a PM in case.

Thanks!

Re: 4.1.24.1883: Access Violation in Mediamonkey.exe after rename in playlist

Below is the log from running with the Debug build. Also including log from Nirsoft 'SimpleProgramDebugger' if it helps. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BhtVUNkv6vkzWXWn55ZV9FOcNyOh0jyM/view NOTE: When using the Debug build, triggering the error caused the bug report dialog to pop up, so I sent it ...

4.1.24.1883: Access Violation in Mediamonkey.exe after rename in playlist [#15583]

I've actually had this a long time. I figured it worth waiting for the next release before reporting it, hoping it would be fixed, as it's such an obvious bug. But not so, and maybe it's just me. I get this error after pressing F2 to rename a track in the playlist, and then pressing Tab to move focu...

Re: Last update, lost my hotkey setup

Thanks for the reply Peke.

This is after an update. Not sure if possible to reproduce unless you run the updater again.

It might be this happens if the installer has to force close MM for updating if it's running? If so it should make sure it closes the application nicely and not just kills it.

Last update, lost my hotkey setup

I noticed after the latest update, I lost all custom hotkeys I've set. Quite a bit of work to redo them all

It's also happened to me a couple of times in the past.

Has anyone else seen this?

Re: 4.1.21.1875 - issue with tabs in library

Thanks for checking it out. The .99 version of Delletronic had some issues, like the Artist line in player being offset, as well as the search field too small, which I've changed in my version. Yeah, I've seen it go away too, on my primary screen (1440p). On my TV running 1080p I had the issue yeste...

Re: 4.1.21.1875 - issue with tabs in library

Hello Ludek, this is the Delletronic skin. It used to be available from this forum, but also here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bycv5FSLX_3l2x1gy1j1qzfqbI_h54ZS/ I think the original download was here: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=41332 But I've since done some minor changes ...

Re: Undo Analyze Volume plugin - make undo permanent?

Thanks Peke, so what you are saying is, the script using UpdateDB and WriteTags (or alternately UpdateAll), should indeed update the tags? Because I am certain I have write access to the files. Also looking at the file timestamps, they are actually updated, contrary to what I said in the first post....
