Hi, Note that there is also part that even some files are supported locally they will not be supported over DLNA/UPnP. What you can try to is to copy manually one of files throwing the error to phone and try to play it. If it plays then I would suggest that you open support ticket, supply us DL link...

As files transferred you should only clone Sync profile settings from old to new phone in MMW and do the resync which will sync playlists back.

Reason for this is that Backup did not transferred MMA Library and settings only common/general files and that is why you had it missing.
