Re: Retrieving Moved or Missing files
MediaMonkey does not have an undo function when it comes to renaming tracks or moving their disk location. ..Or also when editing their tags collectively (at one go)... If we inadvertently edited the artist of thousand of tracks, there is no way we can undo it, right? Unless the track info is avail...

Re: Retrieving Moved or Missing files
No. I've experienced the following: I had some 400 tracks with different locations and tags. I wanted to some of them to have the name of a particular artist. So I selected those and edited the tags. But when I clicked OK and applied the changes, I found that I had mistakenly selected all those 400...

Re: Burning Playlist Problem
One thing I highly doubt is that, your latest playlist now wants to source its tracks from the same disc that you burnt earlier. That's why it is showing them (in the playlist) as CDA format, and, wants you to insert the same disc/source disc from which it will eventually write/burn another disc. I...

How do change ini 's location?
I want that if my OS crashes, my ini and db file remain with me in my documents folder (which is always mapped to a drive other than the windows partition). I like to keep all the settings files of diff programmes (as far as possible) on a different location/partition than windows. This way I can r...

Re: "TERMINATE PROCESS" doesn't appear upon right clicking in V3
Can you check in the Task Manager if you still see the MediaMonkey.exe process after you close MediaMonkey. Give it a little bit of time (a minute should be enough) to see if it still shows. If you keep seeing the process MediaMonkey is apparently unable to close on your system. No, MM closes all r...

Balance Slider problem solved by rovingcowboy
If someone has anyone of the following problems, pls read further below: -- The balance slider automatically moves to one end everytime you open MM (and then you manually have to move it to center position) -- There is no 'Balance' button in MM's default/own player. -- When you open Media Monkey Go...

Re: "TERMINATE PROCESS" doesn't appear upon right clicking in V3
see if the tweakmonkey script can work for you in mm 3 it was made for mm 2 but he might have fixed it for mm 3 and it allows you to open monkey on any node you want. :) How do I go to get 'Tweak Monkey' script mentioned by you? I searched/browsed for the same but got rather confused as I'm always ...

Re: "TERMINATE PROCESS" doesn't appear upon right clicking in V3
You can't (and couldn't) terminate the process of listing files other than navigating to another node. You can (and could) terminate processes like tagging, volume level though. I'm looking into the options and can't find an option to enable/disable to remember the last view. With me it remembers w...

Re: "TERMINATE PROCESS" doesn't appear upon right clicking in V3
Yes, I'm able to 'Teminate' analyzing opertion. But Tagging is (or at least 'Used to be') a 'terminiable' process. I used to 'Terminate' tagging process in MM Ver 2.5 (Free Version). I'm 100% sure about V2.5 (then why would they end that much usable functionality?!!) Just in case, I'm repeating my ...

'Terminate Process' option doesn't appear
Hi Earlier I was using V2.5 and I was able to right click and select 'Terminate Process' when some Tagging operation was going on. Now I'm using 3.0.4.1185 Gold on Windows XP SP3 (Though earlier with XP SP2, the same problem existed). I've 2 DVD Writers installed. I'm using Pentium 2 GHz Dual Core ...
