MMW does not show the number of channels in the File Properties --> Details either.
I will work on getting an example file into my public dropbox.
I will PM you when done.

MMW does not show correct number of channels [#13860]
for a 4.1 flac file. All of my 5.1 flac files have the correct info in the "Channel" column. All of the flac files were extracted from DVD-Audio disks.

Re: All tracks listed twice
Thanks for the tip on how to eliminate the duplicates.
I usually keep the scanning to the network path. Probably messed it up somewhere along the way.

All tracks listed twice
I removed all tracks and did a new scan. Now all tracks are listed twice. I check the properties of the track and the file path is (example): \\FREENAS\audio\Music1\Steppenwolf\16 Greatest Hits\01 - Born To Be Wild.flac A:\Music1\Steppenwolf\16 Greatest Hits\01 - Born To Be Wild.flac I have \\FREENA...

Re: Getting duplicate and triplicate artist and album artist
I have not been able to replicate the problem after the update. I will sync some more albums but it looks like the update solved the problem.

Re: Android Auto compatibility
Would Android Auto support mean MediaMonkey would be my music player for my car? If so then this support would be awesome. Most other music players do not support the "Album Artist". The "Artist" field has become too long in my collection to scroll through the list so the "A...

Re: Database of music on my Samsung S4
"OK, so just accessing your <phone> -> Music node in the MMW interface doesn't show correct values, right?" Correct. "Did you wait until '(Scanning...)' appendix disappeared? It is true that before the device is fully scanned then tracks from MMW database are shown, but this would ind...

Re: Database of music on my Samsung S4
All the music showes up correctly on my Samsung S4 with MMA. When I plug the phone into the PC via a USB cable there are errors on many of the tracks. Some of the tracks have a blank "Album Artist" field. The most strange error is in the "Disc#" and "Track#" fields. The...

Re: Database of music on my Samsung S4
The most recent versions. I checked the tag info of some of the mp3 files on the phone. I copied the mp3 back to a temp directory on the PC. Scanned them into MMW. All the tags are correct. Not sure how they could be messed up when MMW scans them off the phone? Anyway to clear the MMW db of the phon...

Re: Can MMA act a a DLNA controller?
OK. To clarify.
MMW is on the HTPC which plays thru my AV Receiver.
I would like for MMA to control MMW on the HTPC.
No need for MMA to play music that resides on the tablet thru the HTPC
