When I look at the drive on Explorer, it has a music folder, then each album. Is there a way to have MM sync it as Music > Artist > Album > Track?

From my experience unless Head Unit is custom Linux or Android I really doubt you will have more than 10k of tracks and usually folder structure is limited to 256 up to 3 leve...
