Thanks for the tip! It took me 30 seconds to do once I grabbed GoldWave. I tested it and it works beautifully. FYI, if others want to do this, be sure and disable the menu option for recognizing tracks with minimum file size. It's set at 20 kbs, and 30 seconds of silence is only 5 kbs.

Sounds simple. But how? Do I need a mic or other programs? Can I do it through MM? I'm happy to try, but I'm not sure where to start.

Hey, I tried the 1.5.0.2 and old bugs resolved! I did find a new bug though :D The "child of" qualifier does not work with the new MM3 composer node. In other words, if I want to create a magic node that is the child of composer, I cannot. Hopefully this one will be simple to fix?! :wink:

See, I thought that only indented items on the Options menu were clickable. A friendly community sure makes software nice to use. Beats MS...

Fixed my own problem, thanks to a hint from drjboulder.

If anyone else has this problem, click on the general option and all the tray options pop right up. Seems easy now, but the options lay out made me thing that only the indented options were clickable...
