Re: media monkey and whs server?

hi, do you just dump all ur music on the whs and stream to computers with MM installed? Exactly. I just placed my whole music library in FLAC format on the WHS server with MM installed on a laptop and desktop. I use MM to play the files and keep my various iPods and Android phone in sync. How do yo...

Re: Best Way to Move Tracks to New Drive For MediaMonkey

LOL, ok I thought so also but I thought maybe I was missing the point you were making. It may take a while to move so many files but in the long run it would make your process a little easier without losing anything in MM. It's all good, and everything is now moved over to the server, files replica...

Re: Best Way to Move Tracks to New Drive For MediaMonkey

I was saying that your approach was more straight forward than the approach I had originally considered.

Re: Best Way to Move Tracks to New Drive For MediaMonkey

Thanks - I had started down the path of copying all files to the new drive, then rescan the tracks on that drive and then deleting the original track information from MM. Not sure if this is any faster or slower than my original approach, but it's much more straight forward. :D

Best Way to Move Tracks to New Drive For MediaMonkey

Just installed a new server (HP EX490) and want to move my entire song collection from my PC local drive onto the network drive. Once I move all the files (about 35,000) , whats the best way to update MediaMonkey Path details so that my current collection information (rating, date added, etc) is ret...

Re: MonkeyFlow [Beta 5]

Just wanted to say "Great Script". I've been watching the development of your code since you first released it. Got busy and haven't been around MM forums lately. Was surprised to now see an embedded pane option, really slick! With 36,000 songs and 9,000 albums the response is really good ...

Re: MonkeyFlow [Beta 2]

My Kaspersky A/V reports the install as including a keyboard logger. Anyone else encounter this? Concerns? Don't know why you are getting this warning. When I upload the file to MediaFire, they scan for viruses, and when I download from Firefox it also scans for viruses, and I never got any warning...

Nice skin - two questions. According to your blog "The newest version (v1.2) features bug fixes and the long-awaited vertical player!" How do I get the vertical player? I've tried moving the horizontal player with no luck to get it in vertical mode. Also, any chance of getting the songs ra...

Problem with MagicNodes (thanks to the ZvezdanD) is due to corrupt MM.DB database file. Now, MM3 isn't having any problem but according to ZvezdanD "Your database file is corrupted - I get the error message "database disk image is mallformed" with many MN nodes. Maybe this database cu...

I've installed 1.7.6 (had been running previous versions without a problem previously). New version causes my MM3 to freeze up at splash screen. What is the last version of Magic Nodes which worked correctly to you? Could you try to manually and temporary replace a new version with some old version...

Problem was tracked to script, MagicNode 1.7.6. When I removed this script MM3 loads properly.

I've installed 1.7.6 (had been running previous versions without a problem previously). New version causes my MM3 to freeze up at splash screen. I've removed this script from the Auto directory and MM3 loads fine. If I put MagicNodes back in it freezes up again. I've stripped all but one mask from t...
