Pinging in to boost this one. I can't be the only person who wants to listen to podcasts in date order. Many are series and make no sense in any other order. In my case, I would like to be able to play all my podcasts in strict date order - regardless of the actual podcast.

I've not seen this before today and I'm not sure what, if anything, has changed. When I rip a CD, the Rip dialog appears behind the main window. I only found this out after having to kill MM a few times because it became unresponsive with a darkened window. I finally realised what might be happening...

How do I sort albums by release year to have a list of albums by year? Sorting isn't implemented yet. We're planning on adding it to 2.0.1 (our focus for the next few weeks is on fixing bugs). Hopefully you can wait a bit longer for that. Sorting podcasts by date order when playing is my number one...

Need some help, please. When I update podcasts, whether from the Subscriptions node or an individual podcast, I get the new podcasts listed in the database, but not downloaded. I have to explicitly download them.

Any clues as to what I might be doing wrong, or settings I may have wrong?

They are for non-downloaded episodes. However if you include a downloaded episode in the selection it will allow you to edit Play Counter. Thanks, I just spotted that. I thought you could do that, but the fields on the Details tab seem to be read-only. At least, they are for Podcasts, though they are editable for music files.
