Hi,
You can select Root folder eg. "c:\My Music\" or simply delete root path and only use Destination Masks for path and filenames.
It can be fairly complex and here is description of all things that you can use

To give you more detailed answer and/or few examples I would need to have some examples of what you want to archive (create some screenshots if possible)
