re 1) MM5 have already implemented acoustID detection used in new Auto-tag for fingerprinting
re 2) artworks can be edited in track properties or in details window
re 3) you meant Files To edit/Duplicate Titles/Content tree entry ?
re 4) in MM5 is new Auto-tag framework ... currently using lookups to MusicBrainz, TVDB, iMDB and uses acoustID for fingerprinting
re 5) i actually didn't use MagicNodes ... describe the functionality you need, please

Will you keep the functions :
1. Acc ID lookup under Tools, Scrips, Acoustic ID generator
2.edit artwork: the move up or dwn function , the add artwork
3. Keep the ver function as an option to display in directory: I use it die indicate how many versions of a song I have and class it from 1 etc
4. I also use the Right click : Auto tag from web song ( currently disabled from amason)
5. Then the edit function from Magic nodes is also important to me to sort out duplicates, cover types ect Not specified. front covers etc
