I, also, regularly see MMA delete a large number of files (often right around 500), and then re-download those same files. I keep my entire library (~5600 tracks) synced, so this isn't swapping out files from an autoplaylist. This just happened again on Saturday. It's not every sync, maybe every 4th or 5th.

I have sent several log files regarding this to support. Sorry, haven't saved the #s.

This is on MMW 4.1.16.1836 (and at least one previous version), MMA 1.3.0.0694 (and several previous versions), on a Moto G 4th gen, music syncing to SD card.

Also, possibly related, sync will often put up a dialog about syncing tracks back from the phone -- I don't download music to my phone. I have no idea why it ever says this.

Actually, I made a previous thread about this issue: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... 26&t=85644

Hi,
Do you still have the issue in recent 1.3.1 versions?

Hi,

I have the device very rarely to load connected. I have never synced over USB.

Hi,
have you possibly synced over USB in between two WiFi syncs?

Exactly, and to see it goes. Can I see somewhere he changed syncronizing? (Logfile ??) I synced, without which I changed what, and it always reloads x files. I do not know which, and why

Hi,

I don't fully understand the comment. Are you saying that some files resync unnecessarily over Wi-Fi sync and that MMA/MMW should prevent that from occurring?

If yes, it would be helpful to understand exactly what files are syncing repeatedly.

When sncronizing in MMA we ended up showing what was done, x files deleted, x files downloaded. If one could see here in a protocoll would be the good, to seperaten on request and not generally. With me some files are always re-downloaded although nothing has been changed. So you could get to the bottom of the problem more quickly and keep a generic transcendence which was syncronized although nothing was changed
