I have no issues syncing my android phone at work but when I try to sync at home I get a message that say's "Sync incomplete - Connection failed!"
I have my work and home networks set up with the exact same IP addresses and my computer has a static IP address that is the same on both networks. I have another app on my phone that has no issues syncing with the same computer on both networks and the IP addresses were set up this way to make it easy to sync apps.
What do I need to do in order for media monkey to see this is the same phone and computer on both networks and sync up?
