Is there a reason you need to convert to MP3? The MP4 codec retains better audio quality than MP3 so unless you have an old portable device that can't play MP4 I recommend you keep the files as they are.
The
MediaMonkey codec pack is cheap and by far the easiest if you're already using MediaMonkey. Just select all the tracks you want to convert, right click --> Send to --> Folder (Rip/Convert) and it will convert all of the files in one operation.
Audacity is a completely free audio editing software that can be used for batch conversions, but it is slower and the output files might lose their tags.
Cloud Convert is an online solution which doesn't require you to install any software and will convert between a large array of file formats. It has two free tiers and can be used without registering but limits the amount of conversion you can do per day. It also integrates with Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, and One Drive so you don't have to manually download the converted files if you use any of these services.
