You can use <Year> with Auto-Organize Files.

Do you want to tag Date with information from the filename, or add year to the filename?

Macro or addon for file name

by rcondor55 » Thu Feb 08, 2024 10:55 am

Hi
I have a folder with music files and everyone has the syntax: author - Title. Extent (MP3, Flac, WAV etc.) I would like to be able to select the list of files, perform Auto -Tag, get for each only the year, and not the Complete date, and put it in the date field. The date obtained must complete the name of the file: author - title - year. extension. How can I create a macro or an addon to do this automatically and not manually how do I do now?
Thank you
