Heh, just a heads up in case it's something nefarious:
I created a support ticket (#6210) and rec'd the usual "We've received your ticket #621" from support@mediamonkey.com
BUT, then I responded to it today and I rec'd back an automatic reply with a new addressee added on the "to" line:
if everything is cool just ignore this message and/or delete it from the forum (maybe someone working from home or whatever didn't know a better way to get into the loop)
However, if it aint... here's the heads up
