Got it.. Thanks for the insight.. As I was setting up my wifes system.. I saw the sync error log pop up..
The link you provided didn't work, but no worries..

You may not have all files selected or some files may be in other sections like Classical Music in MMA.

Sync itself should show if it failed to Sync files during a Sync.

On my windows computer I have 1651 tracks
and after sync on my Android 12 phone I only see 1637.
Is there a log that will show me what didn't sync and why

I have the following options set under Sync Profile
Incompatible audio, Above 320 kbps
Incompatible audio, Between 160 and 320 kbps
Incompatible audio, Between 0 and 160 kbps
CDA, Any
Incompatible video, A: Any; V: Any
